THEY DID NOT TELL US OF ALL THE COSTS FOR APPLICATION FEES ETC...HAVING TO HAVE A SPONSOR. I WAS ABLE TO GET OUR I 130 APP APPROVED. THEN OUR LEGEAL REPRESENTATION I WAS GETTING COULD NOT HELP ANYMORE. I HAD TO DO THE REST ALONE.I DO NOT HAVE ANYONE WHO WAS WILLING TO BE A SPONSOR. I WAS LIED TO BY SOMEONE FROM THE NATIONAL VISA CENTER WHO TOLD ME I NEEDED TO FIND A SPONSOR FOR MY HUSBAND FOR 10 YEARS. JUST RECENTLY FOUND OUT I ONLY NEED 1 FOR 3 YEARS. ALSO OUR CASE HAS BEEN CLOSED WITH THE NATIONAL VISA CENTER. I DID NOT HAVE A LAWYER AT THE TIME AND OUR CASE WAS SO CALLED ABANDONED BECAUSE TO MUCH TIME HAD PASSED LOOKING FOR A SPONSOR.IF I HAD HAVE A LAWYER I WOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD BY MY LAWYER. NVC DOESNT TELL YOU ANYTHING. IF I WAS TOLD I COULD HAVE ASKED FOR A EXTENSION ON OUR CASE. SO NOW I HAVE TO START ALL OVER AGAIN. PAYING ALL THE FEES OVER AGAIN.
